"I love you..." I whispered in Fluttershy's ear.

It was quiet for a few moments, and I began to grow nervous. Was she not ready for the L word yet? My ears lowered and I shut my eyes, before I felt a kiss on my lips. My eyes opened to see her cyan eyes, blinking at me as she pulled away from the kiss.

"I love you too, Dashie..." she smiled, resting against my chest. My heart must have been racing a million times a minute. And she could hear it. She could hear my heart beat for her.

I held her closely, and we didn't say a word for a while. Instead we just talked, about everything deep. Religion, politics, our pasts. Everything I hadn't known about her we talked about. Her goals, her dreams. She wanted to be a Vet and take care of as many animals as she could. I told her she'd be great.

I steered clear of the subject of the Wonderbolts.

Eventually I felt my eyes shut but we still talked. Eventually we began to play games.

"Okay...would you rather do Discord's laundry for a year? Or have a sleepover every night at Pinkie's for a year...and you know how Pinkie is." I asked jokingly to her.

Fluttershy burst into laughter. "Oh man that's a toughy...maybe the laundry. I wouldn't have the energy for a sleepover every day of the year with Pinkie..."

I chuckled and nuzzled into her head. "Oh yeah...I know I don't think I could handle that either.." I was practically falling asleep.

Fluttershy continued to lay on my chest, as I opened my eyes for a brief moment to see the night sky that I worked so hard to make for her. She was facing the wrong way. I gently nuzzled her head, urging her to wake up.

"Fluttershy...face the other way. Look.." I suggested.

She rolled over and looked outside. Despite not being full, the moon it was still bright, illuminating the entire room in it's pale light.

I looked down at her. She was so perfect, her pink mane seemed to flow around us, like a river in the moonlight. I couldn't believe this flawless mare was mine...

"Fluttershy...I meant what I said."

"What?"

"That I love you..."

She nodded, snuggling into my chest. "I know...I could tell...and I meant it as well."

I just needed to hear that, I could be content to hear that tonight. But no, she made it ten times better.

"I think...I'm falling inlove with you...Rainbow Dash.." she whispered.

I wanted to just shoot up like a rocket, I couldn't believe she said that to me...first..on her own free will.

"aha....Fluttershy....really...? You...think you're falling inlove with me...?" I put my hoof under her chin, and gently lifted her face to meet mine.

"Yes..Rainbow Dash..I am."

I smiled as wide as I possibly could and pulled her into a deep passionate kiss...
